"A very sweet lady came out here and helped me when I was locked out of my house. I felt kind of bad for her because the man on the phone that was giving her instructions was very rude to her and myself. But, his attitude improved after a couple of minutes. Overall, I would recommend them. Especially considering that the lady was working under a lot of pressure, and said she hadn't been doing it very long. She said that they would come back out to work on something else for me, but I haven't heard back from them yet."

"They drove 45 minutes to my house on a Sunday when everyone else was closed, let me in (after I locked myself out) in about 30 seconds, re-keyed 8 locks and rebuilt 2 of them. They we professional, affordable, and knew exactly what they were doing. The locks I had on my house required a lot of work, almost 7 hours worth, but they charge by the lock not the hour, so they ended up working hard all day. I highly recommend them to everyone and will be using them again if need be."

"They actually answered their phone and were willing to drive out from Richlands to Topsail Island on a Friday evening to help me out with no hesitation. Very friendly and personable. No one else would answer their phones or return my calls, (except one towing company and they only open cars) between 530-600pm, I was stranded outside with my 6yr old. I recommend calling them for your needs anytime 💛 Very reasonable folks. THAT WAS THE 1ST TIME I CONTACTED THEM...WHICH WAS ABOUT 7MO AGO. NOW, TODAY.... I went and locked myself out of my truck while out running errands. I called and Lisa was there within 35min and had me back in the old pickup in less than 10 minutes. I don't know if she came from Richlands or not, but I was over by the Camp Geiger entrance off Hwy 17. Great folks...recommend them to everyone ❤ Apologies if the review is all over the place.
